i’ve been looking for a unique black coat to be my battle jacket and went with this as soon as my size came in stock. i’m xl, ordered xl, and there’s still a bit too much room in the body. but i’m 6’5”, so any smaller would be a problem with sleeve length.
thankfully, this has a cool looking rivet-hole belt attached at the waist that can be tied to create a better silhouette. i really fw the studs and spikes throughout, and the zips on the side are a nice detail. the chains are certainly loud, both visually and audibly, and i wouldn’t trust my friends not to attach them to my chair or some shit, but they are a cool detail. also love the oversized hood with spikes; i believe the spikes are removable, but i’ll be keeping them on.
overall, i really appreciate the level of customization that’s possible with this jacket — much like tripp’s pants. quality of the material is nothing too crazy, especially for the price, and i can see this getting g torn if worn too heavily or not taken gentle care of. the zipper could be better; it gets stuck sometimes going up and down. but i like the jacket and am glad i bought it!
