      Returns & Exchanges: 

      What is your return / exchange policy?
      Good news! We have a 30-day guarantee return / exchange policy.
      You must email for a Return Authorization before we handle any returns or refunds.

      30-day guarantee:  You have 30 days within receiving your order to send your item back for an exchange or store credit.

      7-day refunds: You have 7 days within receiving your order to send your item back for a full refund.

      Shipping costs are non-refundable.

      We only accept items that are in new condition with tags still intact and with the original packaging. If items have signs of usage (dirty, smells, animal hair, etc.), we will not accept them. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% at our discretion depending on the condition of the returned item.  

      After receiving a Return Authorization, you are responsible for shipping the items to us.

      We do not refund shipping costs. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

      If you are exchanging an item, we will pay the cost (within the US) to send you the new item.  

      Exchanges for other items:
      Once we receive your items back, we will send your replacement items / exchanges. If your requested items are out of stock we will contact you for alternate options or you may receive store credit. 

      Items that were bought with store credit or were already exchanged are not eligible for additional exchanges / returns.

      Each order comes with free stickers! If you're sending back a return or exchange, feel free to keep the stickers! Really, they're yours.

      Any items that were purchased during a "Buy 2 Get One Free"  or similar promotion will have their return or exchange value calculated at a discounted rate based on the discount of the order.

      The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

      • Clearance Items
      • Costume Items
      • Masks or Health & Safety Items
      • Swimwear and Undergarments
      • Makeup / Cosmetics
      • Anything that has been worn, dirty, or missing original packaging / tags.

      Can I Exchange Something for a different size or item?

      Yep! As long as your item is eligible for exchange and is still in new condition with original packaging, we will exchange it for you no problem!

      I got the wrong order—oops! What do I do?

      No worries, we will make it right! If we make a mistake, we will cover any return shipping costs and we will take good care of you, boo!
