There's a mistake or issue with my order—oops! What do I do?

We are so sorry that you received a wrong or defective item!

No worries, we will make this right for you! We will fix this for you and cover any extra shipping charges incurred. Please note, any order issues must be reported within 5 days of receiving your shipment.

Could you please send us a picture of the wrong or defective item and a picture of the entire paper invoice you received (including the stamp at the bottom that we use for tracking purposes)?

Once we confirm you received the wrong item, we will fix this for you and make it right!
