      Shipping Info:

      All of our packages are packaged with love and care! Each package includes free stickers or promo items! We care about you and aim to ensure you get your order safely and in a timely manner.

      I just placed my order. How long will it take until it is shipped?
      All orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. Sometimes they ship out the same day if you order in the morning (we're speedy!). Please allow 1-2 business days processing time to add to any shipping times selected. This means that if you choose 2-day shipping, please also allow 1-2 business days to process, plus 2 business days to ship.

      Kindly also note that shipping times shown are approximate and are not guaranteed. 

      US shipping:
      Shipping within the united states is generally 1-5 business days depending on the shipping service you choose. We will never charge additional fees on shipping, all shipping costs are calculated according to the actual rates.  
      We offer the following US shipping services:

      • US Postal Service (First Class, Priority Mail, and Express Mail)
      • UPS (Ground, 2nd Day Air)

      International shipping:
      YES! We ship all over the world. We get international orders all the time and we highly value our international customers. International shipping can take 1-3 weeks depending on the shipment service you select. International orders are sometimes delayed a week or so by customs, which is unfortunately out of our control (boo!).

      Please note that there may be duties and taxes for receiving shipments in your country (and this is so sadly out of our control!)
      We offer the following international shipping services:

      • US Postal Service (First Class Package International, Priority Mail International)
      • UPS (Worldwide Expedited, Worldwide Express, Worldwide Saver)
      • DHL Express

      Potential shipping delays:
      Please note that shipping delays do happen on occasion and this is out of our control. If your shipment is delayed, please contact your shipping service (USPS, UPS, etc.,) with your tracking number. If you contact your shipping service and they cannot help you, please contact us and we will work with you to get it sorted out. We got your back!

      Shipping Protection / shipping insurance:
      We offer optional Shipping Protection / shipping insurance on all orders!

      If you select this option in your shopping cart, this will protect you from your package going missing, stolen, or damaged! If you purchase package protection and something happens to your package, you will automatically get a replacement or refund.  

      If your package tracking shows it was delivered and it goes missing or is stolen and you do not select Shipping Protection, we are not responsible for any missing or stolen packages. Shipping Protection gives you an extra layer of security to guarantee that you receive your package.

      Shoes all ship directly from the Pleaser shoes warehouse in California and are only shipped out via UPS.  We cannot ship shoes to a PO Box.
