It's a really nice and dramatic skirt. Wore it for a day out with the homies and it was a hit, especially when I was running. Seems like it's pretty decent quality too. Definitely read the measurements, not the letters. I'm usually a size medium or small, sometimes even XS, but in this brand I'm an L/XL, so I recommend getting a size or two up from your usual as well.
