Great dress - arrived late

I was excited to purchase this dress on June 17th as a birthday treat from my husband, with my special day falling on June 25th. The description promised shipping within 1-3 business days, which gave me hope I’d receive it in time. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. The item wasn’t shipped until June 25th and arrived on July 2nd, 2025—well after my birthday. I waited patiently, but the delay meant I couldn’t wear it for the occasion, which was disappointing.

The dress itself is fantastic—great quality and style—but the shipping timeline fell far short of expectations. What caused this delay? An order placed on June 17th should not take over two weeks to arrive, especially with a 1-3 business day shipping promise. I’d love to see better reliability in the future, as this experience didn’t reflect the trust I placed in the listing. Thank you for the beautiful dress, and I hope this can be addressed for others.
