I love furrybones and have been collecting for sometime. Absolutely loved the 2023 Halloween edition. Great edition to my other Halloween furrybones

I love my furrybones, this was the first year I was able to get the limited edition ones. Sadly, when they arrived Grim was broken, I messaged customer service and suddenly within the next day I got a tracking number with a replacement.
That level of customer service is exactly why I placed an additional furrybones order about a week later!
