For some reason I never got it delivered. It got lost in the mail. This was over three months ago and never got a clear answer either way on replacement or redelivery. Emails were at first replied to, then not answered. I call to get updates but they tell me it’s coming but then they keep dragging it out but yet now am told they don’t know when it will come. Then I’m told by a supervisor, “Oh just make it easy and get a refund.” Because apparently getting new inventory isn’t definitive all of a sudden - especially from overseas - which is silly as you get a time range from the vendor so that makes no sense. I’m not pleased how this was all handled and then treated dismissively to just get a refund and how I’m making it hard when I’m not given a real time range at all or an idea of what’s been happening.

You need the help of another person just to zip up the dress, otherwise it's quite beautiful and fit is true to size. Might wanna size up if you're above a c cup tho
