JUST GET THEM. The quality is AMAZING. The waistband is stretchy. I was kinda hesitant at first at getting them because im a xs for womens and the only options were S-M and L-XL. I got the S-M and it fits PERFECTLY. The lace isn't cheap and the ribbon on the skirt is thick (not normal 1 dollar ribbon). ITS SO COMFORTABLE. Goes so well with my killstar top and overall is easy to style. Get the skirt, i swear you'll love them so much.
