i love the sleeves and pattern but the shoulders puff up a little and that's unexpected

Wore this to an oddities expo and received lots of compliments. Loved it and it fit perfectly.

Great top Love the bell sleeves. The little lacing detail on the shoulders is a nice touch. I normally don't like high necked tops but this one looks very cute.
