I just placed my order. How long will it take until it is shipped?

Thanks so much for your order, boo! Most orders take 1-3 business days for packing and processing at the VampireFreaks warehouse. Delivery drivers pick up our orders every business day. Shipping times can vary depending on your location. Please allow extra processing time around holidays.

Everything displayed on our website is in stock. If we run out of a particular item you ordered, you will receive an email about it and will have the option of 1) waiting until it's back in stock 2) getting something else 3) receiving your money back for that item. Yay!

Why should I order from VampireFreaks?
We've been around since 1999 and we're one of the top destinations for goth, emo and alternative clothing products on the internet! You may know VampireFreaks from our social media, or you may have come to one of our festivals, we take pride in supporting the goth scene. We've grown over the years and we've expanded to a large 15,000 sq ft warehouse in Pennsylvania. All of our orders are shipped quickly by our dedicated staff, directly from our warehouse and our priority is to give you the best customer experience with the best quality unique goth products! Plus many of our products can only be purchased directly through us so you can feel proud to have a rare and unique product! I'm afraid to give out my credit card number over the internet. Why should I trust your site?
We use a secure order form and credit card transaction protection, brought to you by Shopify—one of the most respected names in e-commerce! Additionally, we have security measures in place to prevent fraud. We also have a strong following on social media, and tons of positive reviews from happy customers!

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all kinds of payments, including:

  • All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express)
  • PayPal & Vemo
  • Amazon Pay

We also accept the following 'Buy Now Pay Later' options:

Do you ship overseas?
Hell YES! We ship all over the world. We get international orders all the time. Hoorays! Good news international orders now show any customs / duties fees during check out so there are no surprise charges when you receive your order.

Why are some items only available in certain sizes or colors?
Our website reflects what is currently in stock at the VampireFreaks warehouse. If you cannot order a certain size or color, it's out of stock. We try to keep all sizes / colors in stock for each item, but many of the items we carry are only manufactured in limited quantities, so once we run out of a certain size, it'll no longer be available on the site. Much sadness!

When will an item be restocked?

Most items are only available for a limited time, so get them while you can!
You can also sign up to be notified when an item goes back in stock when viewing the item's page. We get new items in multiple times each week, so keep an eye out for new gothy goodies!

The tracking information says my package was delivered, but I never got anything.

If you have an issue regarding the shipping of an order, most issues can be easily resolved by contacting the delivery service that dropped off your package (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.). If they are of no help, try checking with your neighbors! It's possible it was accidentally delivered to the wrong address or they found your mail in a bad spot, and decided to hold onto it for you.

If you have an issue regarding an order's shipment, most issues can be easily resolved by contacting the delivery service that will be dropping off your package (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.).

Where's my order?

We ship out most orders within 1-3 business days. If there is a delay in your order, we will send you an email. There are a few reasons there could be a delay in shipping an order...
  • An item was out of stock.
  • Your shipping address was incorrect.
  • There was a problem processing your payment.
  • An item was out of stock.
  • Your shipping address was incorrect.

My tracking info says "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending", what does this mean?
This means our local post office has received your package but they have not scanned it during transit yet.  Since Covid-19 we have seen quite a few delays with shipments but please be patient and your package is on its way!

What if there is a problem with my order? (Damaged Items, Wrong / Missing items)
No problem if you receive your items damaged we will fix this for you and cover any extra shipping charges incurred. Please note any order issues must be reported within 5 days of receiving your shipment. We do not cover damages caused by wear and tear. 

What is Shipping Protection?

We offer shipping protection as a service during checkout to protect you from lost, damaged or stolen packages.
If your packages is lost, damaged or stolen and you have shipping protection please email us and we will instruct you on the claim process to take advantage of your shipping protection.
For packages of $100 or more, if the tracking shows your package was delivered, any shipping protection claims do require a police report in order to prevent fraud and mail theft.
If your package tracking shows it was delivered and you do not have shipping protection we are not responsible for stolen packages.
