The box was bent and the handle was tweaked before opening the box. I was able to bend it back, but the shaft is compromised.

I feel in love with this umbrella the minute my cat laid eyes on it haha it's really big and I look forward to using it even when the weather warms to shield me from the sun (super pale girl over here). The ears are cute and stand up on their own. I love the pumpkin orange colors too..Im very picky with my oranges!
