All of our packages are packaged with love and care! Each package includes free stickers or promo items! We care about you and aim to ensure you get your order safely and in a timely manner.
I just placed my order. How long will it take until it is shipped?
Most orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. Sometimes they ship out the same day if you order in the morning (we're speedy!). Please allow 1-3 business days processing time to add to any shipping times selected. This means that if you choose 2-day shipping, please also allow 1-3 business days to process, plus 2 business days to ship.
Please allow 3-5 extra days processing time around holidays such as black friday etc.
Kindly also note that shipping times shown are approximate and are not guaranteed.
Shipping within the united states is generally 1-5 business days depending on the shipping service you choose. We will never charge additional fees on shipping, all shipping costs are calculated according to the actual rates.

- UPS (Ground, 2nd Day Air)
YES! We ship all over the world. We get international orders all the time and we highly value our international customers. International shipping can take 1-4 weeks depending on the shipment service you select. International orders are sometimes delayed a week or so by customs, which is unfortunately out of our control (boo!).
Please note that there may be duties and taxes / fees for receiving shipments in your country (and this is so sadly out of our control!)

Potential shipping delays:
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Please note that shipping delays do happen on occasion and this is out of our control. If your shipment is delayed, please contact your shipping service (USPS, UPS, etc.,) with your tracking number. If you contact your shipping service and they cannot help you, please contact us and we will work with you to get it sorted out. We got your back!
We offer optional Shipping Protection / shipping insurance on all orders!
If you select this option in your shopping cart, this will protect you from your package going missing, lost or damaged! If you purchase package protection and something happens to your package, you will be eligible for a replacement. If your package goes missing or lost and you do not select Shipping Protection, we are not responsible once your package has been shipped.
Shipping Protection gives you an extra layer of security to guarantee that you receive your package.
If you have shipping protection and a package tracking shows it was delivered, your package will be considered stolen. Mail theft is a federal offense and you must file a police report as part of your shipping protection claim process.
If you do have Shipping Protection and something happens to your package let us know and we will guide you through the shipping claims procedure.
