Poor quality, fell apart in a week (great while they lasted)

I loved these shoes when they arrived, looked and fit great, super comfortable, and tons of compliments. Unfortunately after wearing them on 4 separate days the heel inside the right shoe is crumbling and crushed bits of foam are coming out into the shoe. The result is a "squishy" feeling, almost no support, and a mess in the shoe. Sadly VampireFreaks customer service does not stand behind their product, and considers $100 shoes falling apart in 1 week to be acceptable. Sadly will not be buying shoes from here anymore.
