My only other harness was from Romwe and I can tell a huge difference between the quality of that and the quality of this harness. My ribs measure 30in and I bought the xs-s. I have room in the front adjustment straps for some weight changes. My only complaint so far is that I wish the shoulder adjustment straps had more holes. I had it on the tightest setting and the straps are too loose. I like that the body of the harness holds and has a nice structure to it.
