Sustainability
Limited Production: In our dedication to honoring the earth and all the important life forms in it, each item we produce is made in limited quantities. Producing in small batches enables us to avoid overproduction and be as sustainable as possible.
Supporting Our Local Community: Rather than being printed on a large scale, our t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, joggers, and shorts are printed to order, and printed by hand at our warehouse in the USA. This allows us to create local jobs, and further our commitment to sustainability by ensuring we only print what we need.
Natural Fibers: While not every brand or item we carry is made of natural fibers, our in-house branded t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, joggers, and more are made of cotton. Cotton is a plant-based material that doesn't rely on fossil fuels for production, naturally decomposes, and is fully biodegradable. It's also healthier for our customers' skin, as opposed to synthetic fibers that are manufactured using harsh chemicals and dyes.
Hand-Picking and Packaging: All of our orders are hand-picked and packaged by our incredible VampireFreaks team. Because we are a small warehouse, we don't use industrial machinery, which releases toxic fumes and harmful chemicals into the air.
Supporting Small Businesses: As a small, family-owned brand ourselves, we love to support fellow small businesses. Helping small creators grow in sales and exposure is incredibly important to us. We highly encourage you to shop small with us by checking out Mermaid Salon, Mother of Hades, DropDead Gorgeous, Electric Bubblegum, Lady Moon Co, The Lair of Voltaire, The Pretty Cult, and much more all on our site!
Handmade: We proudly support the art of human-made creation by carrying a multitude of brands with a focus on handmade production. Among these are hand-cast jewelry by Alchemy, handmade leatherworks by Funk Plus, hand-painted artwork by Lapis Lily Market, and hand-set spiderweb jewelry by Hell Kitten RVA. We are committed to supporting companies who pour themselves into their art, rather than relying on mass-produced items made my machines.
