When will my order be shipped out?

Products listed on our site are currently in stock. Most orders take 1-3 business days for packing and processing at the VampireFreaks warehouse. You can also upgrade to 'priority processing' during checkout to get your order shipped out within 1 business day. Delivery drivers pick up our orders every business day. Please allow extra processing time around holidays.

Why are some items only available in certain sizes or colors?

Our website reflects what is currently in stock at the VampireFreaks warehouse. If you cannot order a certain size or color, it's out of stock. We try to keep all sizes / colors in stock for each item, but many of the items we carry are only manufactured in limited quantities and may sell out fast so get them while you can!

What's your returns / exchange policy?

We have a 30 day guarantee and offer easy returns / exchanges within 30 days! We offer FREE return shipping within the US for exchange or store credit. For refunds the cost of the return shipping label is deducted. Some exceptions do apply. Click here for the full return / exchange info..

Do you ship internationally?

We ship all over the world. We get international orders all the time. Good news is any duties and taxes are now paid upfront during checkout so no surprises. Hooray!
