Hexen Dress [PURPLE/BLACK]

This is the second Lively Ghosts dress I've purchased. I'm typically small in tops and a medium (6) in bottoms. I ordered this dress in a size small and it fits really well. Much more comfortable than the XS. Dress is well made and worth the price point. Comfortable and lightweight but not in a cheap way! I'm 5'1 and wearing 6 in heels in the photo. I was worried cuz the fabric seemed to wrinkle really bad when I washed it but within a few minutes of wearing it the wrinkles disappeared so that's nice. I'm someone that never irons anything.

This dress is very beautiful, and the material feels lovely. However, the invisible zipper installed in it is extremely flimsy. I bought a size Small, and the dress is slightly loose-fitting on me. I zipped it up, moved my shoulders to put on the harness I was going to wear, and the entire invisible zipper split. It took a great deal of effort to move the zipper down enough for me to get the dress off. Even doing that, only half of the zipper would slide and still would not bring the teeth together. So after not even getting to wear the dress, I'll have to take it to a tailor and get the zipper replaced.

I love the room at the waist. This dress is soooo comfortable and fits like a glove at the cuffs. I really like the looser peasant style it has (sometimes I nip it in with a belt if im feeling more formal).
