Returns & Exchanges: 

What is your return / exchange policy?
Good news! We have a 30-day return policy

You have 30 days within receiving your order to send your item back for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Please note - all returns and exchanges must have original tags / packaging and be in new condition.

For exchanges or store credit within the US, we will give you a FREE return label!


US Orders: We will provide a FREE US shipping label for Returns to Store Credit or for Exchanges.

For Refunds, the cost of the return shipping label is deducted from the refund amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Orders: We accept international returns for refunds or store credit. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide free return labels for international orders. 


US Orders: Exchanges are available for US orders. 

You can exchange for another product on our site. 
We will provide a free return label for your exchange and we will cover any shipping expenses. 

If your requested items are out of stock, we will give you store credit or the option of another item.

International Orders: We do not offer exchanges for international orders outside of the US.

Return or Exchange items must be placed in a shipping envelope or box. DO NOT apply tape or postage stickers directly to the product or we cannot accept it.

Items that were bought with store credit or were already exchanged are not eligible for additional exchanges / returns.

Each order comes with free stickers! If you're sending back a return or exchange, feel free to keep the stickers! 

Any items that were purchased during a "Buy 2 Get One Free" [or similar promotion] will have their return or exchange value calculated at a discounted rate based on the discount of the order.

Returns and Exchanges take 5-14 days to process once received.

We only accept items that are in new condition with tags still intact and in the original packaging. If items have signs of usage (dirt, smells, animal hair, etc.), we will not accept them. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 50% at our discretion depending on the condition of the returned item.   

If you are sending back shoes, the shoe box must be in new condition. You must place the shoe box into another box or shipping envelope. Do not apply tape or postage stickers directly to the shoe box, or we cannot accept it.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Clearance Items
  • Costume Items
  • Masks or Health & Safety Items
  • Swimwear
  • Undergarments, Underwear, & Lingerie
  • Makeup / Cosmetics
  • Piercing Jewelry
  • Xmas / Holiday Items
  • Mystery Items / Subscription Items
  • Anything that has been worn, dirty, or missing original packaging / tags

Can I exchange something for a different size?

Yep! As long as your item is eligible for exchange and is still in new condition with original packaging, we will exchange it for you no problem! We will cover the shipping within the US to send you a new package and we will provide a FREE return label within the US.

There's a mistake with my order—oops! What do I do?

No worries, we will make it right! If we make a mistake, we will cover any return shipping costs and send you the correct item.
