Cool pants, somewhat too big

Love the pants, and theyre very comfortable, but I should have gotten a medium, they're kinda too big. But, I really like them so going to get tailor to fix them.

I'm usually a size 34-36 waist and 5'7", sometimes I fit in a XL but I ordered size L and they fit great. The XL were a little bit too loose so I made an exchange.

Was great until...

Awesome jeans and they fit great. Just need to take in the waist a bit with my tailor - I'm tall with a thin waist. But the big issue was as I was trying on the jeans the waist button just popped off. Frustrating but my tailor will fix that as well. Not ideal for a brand new pair of jeans.
