Cobweb Coven Handbag

The bag is broken.. the handle is not attached on one of the sides.. I’ve reached out to you about this but to no avail. I’m asking again.. could you help me?

I ordered this bag, I received it and was excited to use it, needless to say the first day I went out with it on my date the handle broke!!!! I had been issuing it for less than one hour!
It was so embarrassing!
Definitely cheap material! For the price you are paying, you would expect way more! Won’t be shopping with them again.
