The umbrella is perfect. It is to be used for a circus program I am presenting and it will be absolutely stunning when used. The original umbrella came in bent due to shipping (not the fault of Vampire Freaks, they packed it extremely well. The postal service was just really uncareful and bent the whole box.) When I contacted the company, I got and immediate response with an apology and a new umbrella was shipped the next day. GREAT customer service and exceptional product. Will be shopping again.
