Love this new tee! I ordered a M in the ladies style based on the size chart and it's perfect. The sleeves are a little snug, but it's easy to wear a thin undershirt. My coworkers love it too.

I love the style which is why I reordered, but I've gained some weight so ordered a XXL as I have the same shirt in an XL. the XXL fits the exact same, but the bust is the ONLY part that is XXL on this shirt. I was pretty disappointed with this purchase as a larger size generally means that it's needed in the waist area as well
