My name is Lake. I'm the kind of person who lays in bed at night and ponders questions like, "How big is the universe?" and "If I had chosen the other choice where would I be today, and how different would my life be?" In short, I suppose I'd say I am a dreamer- someone who prefers the subconscious over the conscious because dreams are the only place where anything can happen. I won't tell you where I'm from, but if you guess correctly then bravo to you. I myself am not an artist, but I've much respect for those who are talented in the arts. I aspire to be a psychologist; the human mind just makes so much sense to me, but at the same time it perplexes me more than anything else on earth. I love to learn other languages and am almost fluent in German and am in the process of learning both Dutch and Afrikaans. Teach me another language? Love confuses me at times; people say they love you one week and the next week they tell another person the exact same thing; I find beauty in things others might not; I think there's just something really beautiful about raw emotion and vulnerability, when people just take down the barriers they put between themselves and society. I find rain to be more beautiful than a sunny day. I love to be around water in all forms; if I could live anywhere it would be in the mountains; People are so busy nowadays with the most trivial things and hardly take the time to just stop and THINK and observe what's right in front of their eyes.
