People who know me probably have so many different descriptions of me, good and bad. It's the people who are willing to put up with the bad who I class as my true friends. Due to lack of confidence & a pinch of insecurity, I'm a pretty shy person when meeting people for the very first time. It takes me a while to be comfortable around someone new & truly be myself, & there's only a few people in my life who actually know the real me. But that doesn't mean I'm not willing to let anyone in, it just depends on whether you have the patience to get to know me & find that I am actually a pretty good person. =) I have an amazing group of friends, no matter how much they might piss me off & test my patience at times they're still the best people I've ever met. I will always be there for them no matter what, & I know I can count on them too. I wear my heart on my sleeve, & due to my vulneribility I get hurt a hell of a lot, but I believe that the best way to learn is from your own mistakes. I'm a smoker, & I hate it when people immediately dislike me because of it; I'm the one getting cancer love, not you. I like to think I can take care of myself, but in all honesty I could do with someone taking care of me from time to time; someone to hold my hand & tell me that it's all going to be okay, & that things are going to work out eventually. Unfortunately I'm having a pretty hard time finding someone to do that for me. I've come to learn that growing up isn't as fun & exciting as it looked when I was a kid. In fact it's quite the opposite, but I'm not going to let anything put me down & stop me living my life the way I want.
