Profile: PLEASE NOTE: if you do not like our music then you can stop leaving comments, we are not here to bother you so you can stop bothering us - we are here to make the others happier and bring some joy to all these people that like our style!!! Thank you. The Hungarian band – The MooN was founded in the year of 1999 as an old dream of five musicians. The boys have been friends for a long time and they wanted to try what it would be like to play together and give/show something new for the Hungarian Gothic scene of today. The music is a mix of the old, classic dark melodies (The sisters of mercy, The Mission, The Cure) and the modern dark romatic sounds (Placebo, HIM, The 69 Eyes). The band is on the way of being more popular since they had a couple of sold out concerts (in different clubs of our country) and they were invited to Hungarian summer festivals, too (Nightbreed, Efott Festival). Due to the growing interests we started to record a few songs in English, hoping that one day they’ll be able to hypnotize the foreign fans of gothic music and culture. Now the band is working on the first album – Elveszett Istenek – which will include 13 songs. The works will hopefully be completed in the end of 2005. The band would like to make the English version of the album as well – under the title „Lost all Gods” – therefore the date of the release is unknown yet. The band has a new drumer so they need to practice again and again to make the songs sound good...!!! That's why they don't have any news. The name of the new member is Mick Szuts and he is a very good drummer!!! The site was made by Gotthyka but everything on this profile is permitted by the band! When silver covers the world...
