Once Upon A Time ( An Anauthorized Wish Darkly Biography )A long time ago he was a mortal, a mere man, like thousands before. In life he did some good things... and something really bad. All his life he was divided between the struggle for life and the pulsion for death, between salvation and damnation, between good and evil. Then, when the time approched he challenged Death himself and won. He won immortality. For centuries Wish lived amongst other men searching for answers, studying humanity. Then, in the beginning of the XXIth century, after listening the new sensational abortion in music on the radio, he lost his hope in mankind. After years and years of immortality, Wish wished to be dead. In a dark and cold night, at midnight, in a desolate crossway, Wish challenged the only creature that could put an end to his torment. So he fought with the Devil and ... lost. But the devil had pity. He offered Wish a deal. His immortal soul in exchange of 12 years of life in the enterteinment bussiness. Although reluctant, Wish agreed. Is there something worse than living in the same reality of plastic starlettes burping in a microphone? The devil scarred his face with his fangs to seal the deal. "12 years, Wish", said the devil. "The 22th of february 2022, at 22:22 p.m. i'll reclaim what's mine!" These were the last words of the devil, but Wish didn't listen them. He was already in a studio to record his astonishing debut album "Banned By God".....

Fuck! Music today is only a product of consumption, like a parfume, a car, a kleenex. It's just a mean to make other money, to obtain power, to fuck your brain (and your body). Singers are exactly the same as other singers as other singers. Copy of an imitation of a xerox. All must be the same. All with the same tone of gray. Booooring. But what should really music be? What is music for Mr. D? Music is a revolution. It's a surgical knife to cut reality and shape the world as you like it, or as you would like it. It's passion, it's revenge, it's violence and love. It's the suburbia that burns, your whole city that crumbles, your shitty work and everyday life teared down in the drain. Music is changing. Music is like seeing the whole universe sucked up by a gigantic supernova. Music must be extravagant and luxurios. Music is experimentation, monstruosity, diversity, freakness, loudness. Music is your last lover that will break your heart and eat your flesh to make all of you new and different. Wish Darkly is all of this and more. He's a feline creature haunting for pray. He's a teacher, a preacher, a liar, a deciever, a saviour, a tyrant, a lover, a vampire. He's a monster for monsters. He's the strangest stranger amongst strangers. He's the D in Darkness. If you're sick of this sucking time... If you have had enough of people telling you what is your place in the world... If you are bored to death by so-called normality...If you are searching for something different... ...Now you've found what you've been searching for. ...Are you afraid?... ...are 12 years enough for you?... ...Tic, tic, tic, time flows and the devil awaits...

As i play live, i record in the studio. There' s no magic trick. No pitch correction. No alteration. What you see is what you get. Like it or not. It's garage philosophy to its roots. I like imperfection, makes me feel alive even if i am already dead. As i said... Fuck it, I'll do it by myself and how i want it!"
