yes
the track needs to be glued in at the root
of your hair very close to the scalp.

it helps to prevent the extension from getting
all notted up and falling out

even with my dreads i sleep with a bandana on everynight

then you would do around 4 tracks.
just make sure they fit the crown of your head right

there is some damage but not much
i would say glue them in

it much more cost effective
cuz you can reglue the tracks in

a track is just one row.

depending on how thick your hair is
depends on how many tracks
cuz you need the thickness to match

they stay in for a few months when sewed in
depending on how well you take care of them
and how fast your hair grows.

but you would have to find someone that knows how to do tracks
ethnic salons do them but they charge around $20 per track
and most people will get around 5 tracks
which is like $100

when glued in they will stay for a few weeks
but can be reglued

cliping them in you can take them out daily.

actually yes.

the euronext in precut and clipped
but tends to be thin

the sassy is just track hair that you would have to cut youself.

the sassy would probably work best because you can sew glue or clip them in.
and are much cheaper

just make sure to get a looper brush.
its the only type of brush that is made for extensions
any other brush will ruin the hair.
