Well, welcome to my page I guess. I am 21 years old, and from Grand Rapids Minnesota...Unfortunately.
I am a full time college student. I go to school five days a week, and I work one day a week at the public defener's office. I am sarcastic, honest, and blunt with a sick sense of humor, so if you can't take a joke once in a while, then don't bother reading any farther.
I am one of those people who is always up for a good time, and damn near every weekend you will more than likely find me at The Rendezvous II (the best bar in town). There is a different band every weekend, and pretty much all of them rock. And of course I am a metalhead, so its always a party when Grind, Flatrate, Remedy, Strange Daze, or Slow Children comes to town. And yes, I am friends with all of these bands.
Go ahead and call me a groupie, but I am the proud lead singer of my own band called Wasting the Dawn (little bit of a 69 Eyes reference there). We are just now starting to enter what I call our "garage band" stage, and we're just starting to learn a few songs. We're going to stick to doing covers for now until we can get the chance to do a few shows and get a bit more experienced. What matters right now, is that we're having fun just learning. And as our bass player says when we see another band that is way better than us: "They may be better, but damnit, atleast we can still play very very poorly." Its always fun to be able to laugh at our mistakes.
