This will be achieved by:
* Not eating my own weight of crisps under any circumstance
* Not buying sweets for going to the pictures
* Replacing tea, coffee, etc with water
* Saying goodbye to non-essential carbohydrates
* Upping protein intake
* Learning to enjoy the taste of protein-eriffic foods
* Realising watching a DVD is not an activity that requires sweets
* Spending at least ten minutes a day looking at thin, beautiful people on the internet till I begin to cry
* Using herbal crap instead of chocolate to help with PMS
* Going back on those slimming pills that make me dizzy
