My name is LynZ, and I want to tell you that I am broken. I have never hidden the fact that I am broken, because as it says in Psalms 51:16-17 "You do not delight in sacrifice, or I would bring it; you do not take pleasure in burnt offerings. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise." I used to be ashamed of my brokenness, but then someone asked me "What is so wrong about being broken? Broken hearts and broken spirits are God's two favorite things to heal" I've battled Ovarian Cancer twice, and I am trying to be an Ovarian Cancer advocate. I've been spreading the facts of O.C. for a long time. Cancer is what broke me, and God is what built me back up. My family, my friends, music, and literature give me almost as much support as God does in my life.
