Profile: Hey, how ya doin, my name's Dan. I suck at this profile stuff cuz it's hard not to come off as obnoxious or generic. anyway, here goes. the most important thing in my life is Metal music. I spend most of my time listening to it, reading/learning about it, going to shows, hunting for underground, independent bands, etc. i have a growing record collection (my biggest hobby, 500 and counting...). My concentration is in the N.W.O.B.H.M. but i love any and all types (except nu-metal and that kinda shit). i do also listen to lots of other music, though, like jazz, blues, classical, industrial, classic/hard rock, Johnny Cash and others. i'm a percussionist. i play the drumset, snare drum, and timpani mainly, and have been doing so for about 6 years. i love literature, poetry, and creative writing. my favorite authors include Franz Kafka, Virginia Woolf, William Faulkner and Joseph Conrad. I do a lot of writing, mainly poetry but also some narratives and a few other things. i'm heading off to Ursinus College this month in Collegeville, PA where I plan to pursue an English major and hopefully take a few music courses. last big thing is HORROR MOVIES. im a fuckin geek and fanatic. i'll watch any and all horror movies i can get my hands on, but i love to collect and learn about any old, foreign, and exploitation films i can. i guess thats about it. if you want to talk about any of this, feel free to message me cuz thats why this fuckin thing is here! oh yeah, and also british comedy. and beavis & butthead, ren & stimpy and Seinfeld.Likes: METAL, percussion, literature/creative writing, horror movies, gore, girls, beer.Dislikes: Posers, liars, frauds, assholes and people who go around acting like jerks for no fuckin reason, people who bitch at you and tell you they dont like this and that like it's supposed to matter, false Metal, teenie-bopper horror.Favorite Music: I might make a band list eventually, but for now: all METAL, and also Jazz, Big Band/Swing, Blues, Classical, Hair Metal/Glam, Industrial, Classic/Hard Rock, JOHNNY CASH.Homepage: http://yahoo.com Link 1: http://metal-archives.com Link 2: http://bnrmetal.com
