Secondly, there is a difference between being my friend and having looked at my page. DO NOT ADD ME UNLESS YOU ACTUALLY KNOW ME. I clean out my lists at least once a month and if I don't know you or I didn't add you first, you're off my list. If you don't know me but you think I'm cool, put me on your FAVORITES list...that's what it's for.

Also, I am not new to VF. I joined in 2005 as riley_oneill. I got tired of the name and decided it was time for a change, so now I am sweet_opheliac. don't treat me like I don't know my way around.

• I am strange, but that makes me who I am.
• I have very diverse tastes in everything.
• I am shy sometimes, but not hard to get along with, and after a while I will open up and can talk your ear off.
• I love to dance.
• I like hanging out at home just as much as (or more than) going out - most of the time (sometimes I go crazy if I'm stuck inside for too long).
• I like sappy romantic movies and cuddling with my boyfriend.
• I like sweet, fruity alcoholic drinks...so no beer for me.
• I would love to be a model, because I love to dress up and make myself beautiful...but I have low self-esteem almost all the time.
• Some of my female heroes include Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, Molly Ringwald, and Helena Bonham Carter.
• I enjoy cabaret music and absolutely love The Dresden Dolls and the musical Chicago.
• I love to sing! Especially in my car on long drives...sometimes I'll be hoarse when I get to my destination.
• I hate the cold in winter, but I love ice skating and skiing so I put up with the temperature.
• I like to play video games...until I get stuck and then I usually give up for months at a time.
• I love to take pictures of myself, my family, and my friends.
• My little sisters are amazing! and I love them to death.
• I -am- a Disney Princess.
• I believe in happily ever after and that dreams really do come true.
• I'm wiccan, a solitary practitioner and follow a celtic/ecletic path.
• I have been "goth" since my Freshman year in high school though now people tell me I'm emo or just a wanna-be. I have been known to be a drama queen too. Half the time, I look like a prep one day, goth the next, and incredibly sophisticated a week later. I don't care much what you label me, I am who I am and as long as I'm happy with that I could care less what the world thinks. I am not going to change who I am just because you disapprove. And no matter what you think, I'm not who I am just to spite you. Most importantly, I am satisfied with myself the way I am and that's the only thing that matters.
• I spent 4 months working for Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL and the weather was wonderful!
• I don't really care much for rollercoasters, but the ones at Disney World are awesome...especially Expedition Everest and Rockin' Rollercoaster (with Aerosmith).
• I hate the Tower of Terror and have been stupid enough to stand in line for 2 hours to ride Peter Pan's Flight for 3 minutes.
• I find Epcot to be rather boring (it's hard to enjoy unless you can afford the shops there) and think that the Animal Kingdom is too freaking humid.
• On occassion you can catch me pointing with two fingers (because Mickey taught me to!) I had some shitty experiences, and I had some amazing ones, but I would love to go back someday (vacay's there are so much more exciting than work!)
• I have a career diploma in Professional Wedding Consultation. I'll never use it.
• I change jobs way too often...
• I really have no idea at this point what to do with my life...feel pretty fricking lost anymore.
• I love to read anything and everything.
• I particularly enjoy collecting books about vampires and someday hope to have the world's largest vampire library.
• While we're on the topic, yes, I believe in vampires. I believe in the paranormal as a whole, though I've not experienced very much.
• I myself know that I am not a vampire, and I probably will never become one. In fact, I'd rather not.
• I am, however, a therianthrope...or otherkin. My therian-type is an american panther (cougar/puma/mt. lion). I don't believe in physical shapeshifting and won't change my mind on that (unless I see it with my own eyes). If any of that confuses you, feel free to ask. If you think I'm out of my mind, you're entitled to your opinion as long as you don't inflict it upon me too often.
• I occasionally write poetry and fiction and currently have a full chapbook of teenaged solipsistic angsty poems lying around waiting for me to decide to go find a publisher. I'm also working on a second manuscript of true life love poems, but at the moment I'm having a very long pause due to writer's block. I tend to draw a lot of my inspiration from current life situations, and recently, there's a lot of not-so-lovefilled shit going on. Maybe I'll write about love gone terribly wrong...I'll think about it.
