SIMPLYD4RK is the solo artistic project started in summer 2005 by a never-sleeping vampire. It's the story of UNDEAD ROCKSTRIAL creation, a strange universe where various visual and sound influences mix together, creating something very personal. SIMPLYD4RK's world is then the theater of strange meetings where the clash of contrasts and opposites deserve a bigger strength : open-minding and creation freedom. Faithful to his own beliefs, he's acting hand into hand with simplyd4rknetized people, his fans, who help him to promote Undead Rockstrial and his music everywhere in the world.
Since august 2008, the bloodsucker drained SCREAD SEVENTH's soul, an insane drummer who quickly became his zombie mate on stage. Those two undead refuse being called "band", considering they're a team, and will release their first album end 2009. In the other hand, they will play a lot of gigs everywhere in France and why not, in your country ! So don't hesitate to simplyd4rknetize your friends, to invite Simply & Scread to play in your city, and to do your best to support them ! (by downloading, for example, the XMAS PACK 2008, which contained a flyer, wallpapers, and a myspace code)
SIMPLYD4RK est le projet artistique solo commencé par un vampire qui ne dort jamais durant l'été 2005. C'est l'histoire de la création d'un étrange univers, l'UNDEAD ROCKSTRIAL, où des influences sonores et visuelles variées se mêlent ensemble, créant ainsi quelque chose de très personnel. Le monde de SIMPLYD4RK est ainsi le théâtre des rencontres improbables où le clash des contrastes et contraires ne sert qu'une force plus grande : celle de l'ouverture d'esprit et de la liberté de création. Fidèles à ses propres convictions, il agit main dans la main avec les simplyd4rknetized people, ses fans, qui l'aident à promouvoir l'Undead Rockstrial ainsi que sa musique à travers le monde. Depuis août 2008, le buveur de sang a drainé l'esprit de SCREAD SEVENTH, un batteur dérangé qui est rapidement devenu son camarade zombie sur scène. Ces deux "undead" refusent d'être appellé 'groupe", considérant qu'ils sont une team, et sortiront leur premier album fin 2009. D'autre part, ils joueront un certain nombres de dates conséquent partout en France et pourquoi pas, dans d'autres pays ! N'hésitez donc pas à simplyd4rknetizer votre entourage, à inviter Simply & Scread à jouer dans votre ville, et à faire votre possible pour les soutenir !
