Rootwork is a collective of musicians and artists who wish to forgo the hurdles set before them by modern cultural institutions in order to better promote members' individual art. Rootwork is not a record label, it's artists release everything under their own name on their own schedule. However, Rootwork does promote its own, and members are expected to keep tabs on the goings on of their kin. Further more, in this respect Rootwork is also social network utilized by its members for collaborations and other artistic exchanges.
