Rivet Licker... YES, I AM PREMIUM! Origin of the name:
Rivet from Rivethead, an industrial based subculture.
Licker, inside joke based on the nickname of multicore connector pin ejector tools and other things around the old workplace.
I'm Lara. I live in Sydney, Australia. I own a beautiful Border Collie named Jack or as I like to call him, Jacky Sooky Pants, because he's a major crybaby. I used to study electronics. I write and produce music. I enjoy cooking and baking for my friends. I'm an expert Synthetic Dreadlocks, I have taught many in the alternative community on how to make all different styles and have given advice far and wide. I'm actually batshit boring and I'm not really as big of a cunt as I come across as.
If I do not know you IRL, please do not ask for my personal facebook or Skype accounts. I will NOT give them to you! I certainly will not give you my number either, so don't ask! Doing so may have you meet my bitchy streak.
FAQ's:
Basics that I'm willing to share:
Height: 5'5/165cm
Piercings: Industrial (left ear), 4g/5mm lobes, retired septum.
Tattoos: Clank on my left forearm, under my wrist. Ratchet & Clank's Captain Qwark/Q-Force insignia on my upper back.
Eyes: Really dark brown.

Where do you get your hair done?
I've been getting my hair cut by the same hairdresser since I was a kid. I dye my own hair, except when I can't be bothered, then my hairdresser does it for me. I don't trust anybody else with my hair.
What hair dyes do you use?
Special Effects all the way, except I also use Directions and Crazy Color on occassions.
What are those crazy hair extension things you wear?
I don't often wear falls, but if I do, they're usually cyberlox or dread falls. I have sets of dreads from LS Seven, I Kick Shins, Grimm Hairytales, Pretty Dreadful, Saspie Doo and Jungle Dread. I own a lot of dread kits because I don't make synthetic dreads anymore, so I buy dreads from other sellers for variety, which I mostly install (braid in). They are all amazing dreads. I make my own cyberlox (when I have some spare cashola or materials from other projects). Yes, I sell cyber falls, but cater to the Australian market. I sell human hair fringes/extensions and jewellery worldwide.
What is your natural hair colour?
The brown at the back of my hair in the photos is my natural hair colour, dark brown.
Do you ever wear make up?
On occassions, but not often at all, I don't really need it unless my face looks that terrible. I have been blessed with good skin, apart from the dark circles under my eyes. No need for impressing anyone with looks, I have brains for that.
What do you do for work?
I don't work right now. Apart from being ill, I'm a full time crafter. I was studying a while ago, but I got the shits with it, so I left for a bit to get my head together.
Why do you always wear tshirts, even to clubs?
I have loads of tshirts I've collected over time. Geek tees to band tees to random prints to ones I have shredded up. I like tees. My weight fluctuates so much that tshirts are the only things that are still comfortable, haha.
You: How are you? Me: Tired and unwell. You: Aww, what's wrong?
I have Lupus (SLE). Dr. House was wrong, hey? Frankly, it's more common than you would think, I know quite a few others who have SLE, all our symptoms are different, but we have the same disease. It's not something understood by the masses. Because my body is weakened by the disease (centered around the immune system), I feel like I have run a marathon when I have just done basic things like getting out of bed, having a shower, getting dressed etc. Dealing with the physical pain is not very fun either, and there is A LOT involved. You really don't have to look sick to have Lupus either. Very misunderstood by society.
Why are you so pale?
It's a funny story actually. As a kid, I was a bronzed little one, up until a few years ago. I stopped going into the sun (light triggered allergies) after the age of 17 or 18. Eventually, I grew to be fair skinned. Ok, I lied. I'm definitely not fair skinned because of my more than yellow pigment, I actually have olive skin underneath all this PALE CRAP. I don't tan as well as I used to, but you can see a difference in summer, and instead of burning, I break out in a rash. I have photosensitive skin (one of the symptoms of SLE).
What nationality are you?
I'm a hybrid. I was born in Sydney, Australia, still live here, in the same house I grew up in, but I'm only first generation Australian, and proud. From my mum's side I am Polish, Romanian, Jewish and a bit of Russian. From my dad's side, I am Polish, Jewish, some Russian in there and somewhat Austro-Hungarian (well, the surname is anyway). I just say Polish for quick and easy matters. I often get mistaken for Greek, Italian or Lebanese (well, I did before my whole photosensitivity crap started). I've really not studied my family tree enough, but I'd love to one day find some of my distant relatives.

Dislikes
People who shove unwanted opinions up your nose and make you sniff it. Oh wait, I do that.
Centrelink and other government bodies in Australia.
Government.
Being hit on by sleezy old guys, hobos, drunk people or anyone for that matter.
Stupid questions after I tell you my sexuality.
Completely inebriated people. Even my friends when they're drunk... Please don't try to communicate with me.
Organised religion. I have very strong opposing opinions towards fundamentalism. Down with bible bashers!
Ignorance. It is so unattractive.
People who don't support the arts for what it is; ART.
BULLSHIT. I can't stand being lied to or lying. I'm a very honest person. I can't stand people who make an effort to bullshit their way through life, whether it be scamming people for their hard earned cash or faking it in the arts, I can't stand it.
People who steal pictures of other peoples' synthetic hair or DIY work and use them for ebay/etsy sales, claim them as their own, or worse, as "AN EXAMPLE" of what they can do. If you "can do it", you would have done it already. It's not free promotion, it is false advertising (ie fraudulent behaviour).
Being toyed around with. If I ask a question, I expect straight answers without the trivial crap.
Most spectator sports.
Anti-semitism, Nazis, anti-Israel.
