Age: 34 Gender: Female Species: Human, but after the Red Wedding, she is resurrected and develops the abilities of a warlock that will forever change her. [At this point in our RP, she is at her human stage of life - however, once the Red Wedding occurs and she is resurrected, she will then develop her harsher lifestyle and qualities.] Allegiance to House: House Stark Role to House: Catelyn Stark was the love of Lord Eddard Stark, thus making her a Lady of the house through marriage. However, after her husband's execution in King's Land, she remained loyal to her house and her son, becoming his adviser and encouraging him and guiding him through the battles that were to ensue. Personality: Catelyn Stark has spent most of her life at a man's side, serving him as the faithful Lady; this was first seen with her father, then Brandon Stark, and finally her husband, Eddard Stark. Life has thus taught her the virtuous qualities of patience and forgiveness; however, she has not learnt to blindly accept those whom she sees as outcasts. Among her peers she is seen as an honourable and faithful woman who shares a deep love for her family and is bound strongly to the faith of the Seven. With regards to Ned's bastard son, Jon Snow, she has never warmed up to him, viewing him as being an outsider and a reminder of her husband's infidelity, therefore she has always held that little bit of resentment for welcoming this stranger into their family. It is because of this breach of loyalty that Catelyn had always bore a grudge against Jon Snow. It is clear that this fiery woman is as stubborn as a mule at times, and tends to think things through instead of acting on impulse, choosing to follow on logical instinct instead of the emotions that thump from her heart. Three days after the Red Wedding, Catelyn Stark was resurrected in the name of Beric Dondarrion, however she is now a changed woman. Choosing the name of Lady Stoneheart, her once honourable nature has faded into that of a persistent need for vengeance. She has become less forgiving, and less patient with those that constantly disobey her command. Taking the band of the Brotherhood without Banners, she was so consumed by wrath that she is hell bent on going on a merciless killing spree until her family has been avenged for such treacheries. With a face mutilated by the cuts and a throat that remains slit, she has become a brooding representation of revenge and a woman’s scorn. She says little, however, her actions speak for themselves as an undeniable hatred courses through her veins. [This will only happen after the events of the Red Wedding, when both Catelyn Stark and Robb Stark are slaughtered by Frey’s men]. Physical Description:  Apart from this alluring beauty that Cat possesses, there is a stern authority about her, which is seen particularly in her face. Her skin is lined with age and wisdom, after seeing how harsh the world could be in the North. |
