So you found the page for the newest VF Alerter, which has evolved in to an IM client! The beta test version can be downloaded below, but before you try it, please read the following.

This is a beta version of the Vampirefreaks.com messenger. That means it's not quite finished yet, and there might be a few bugs, although with the latest version any bugs should be minor.
There are several features that are not finished yet (but we are working on them), so don't expect everything to work as it should.
If you find any bugs, please inbox me or report them on the Bugtracker and not in the messageboards (where I am far less likely to see them).
Feel free to inbox me with feature suggestions, but understand the priority is to get all the existing feature working, new stuff will have to wait until the next version.
The VF Messenger is developed by a 3rd party, with help and input from VampireFreaks.com and is provided 'as-is', therefore Vampirefreaks.com can provide no warranty as to it's content. The client program is release under the GPL license.
