To be a moderator you need little to no experience with HTML/CSS. It's a good position to start off with and a decent way to start out.

To be an administrator you need to know little to no HTML/CSS. You are also responsible to administrate the cult's members.

To be a Root you must provide a basic experience in HTML/CSS coding to perform certain tasks and run maintenance. Within the layout if something goes wrong you are responsible to either fix it or bring it back to it's original state.
