Personality: A very loving and kind person,she is easily trusting and innocent,though she appeares soft hearted and shy when one first meets her.She has a funny sense of humor and often at times can be seen trying to cheer someone up or make them laugh.

Abilities: -the control over water and earth -healing (though she can only do this after spending a night in the moonlight) -telepathy -~Moonlight Dancing~this special ability affects her only on the full moon,she has the ability to become a spirit and re live other's past and catch brief glances of the future.

Deity (if any): Goddess of earth and moon

History: Caelie was born from a mermaid mother and fairy king.Her parents and she were prosperous people and lived peacefully within the seas and the woodlands.However,she was only four she was kidnapped and forced to live with a demon.The demon tried to get Caelie to use her powers but little did he know that it only really worked on full moon nights,and so thought her nothing but a pretty thing.When she was ten she got somewhat use of her powers which enabled her to turn into a spirit and leave,she tried to wander back to her parents but got lost and couldn't find them.When she finally figured out how to return to the normal world it was too late;her kingdom had moved.Caelie had searched for them for years after but soon figured they forgotton about her and she is now attempting to live on her own.

Notes: -she stays close to any river or lake,so she can have a clear reflection of the moon. -basically all power she gets comes from the moon. -she's not really a fighter. -she loves animals of all sorts.
