Any DTBD member can challenge anyone currently on this list for the top spot.
To do this send the following info to Pallidity:

For the #1 spot in ____
Include 3-5 photos of your work.

The challenge will be posted after the person being challenged accepts or declines.
If the person declines they forfeit their position and a thread will be posted announcing
the change. If they accept they submit 3-5 images of their work and a poll is created in
which the members of DTBD can vote. The voting remains open for 10 days, and then
the winner is announced and the list will reflect any changes necessary.
