 Here's a little information for you :) We are the 'Dreaded Nuns', Patch and Lou, alternative mobile hairdressers, we specialize in Dreadlocks both synthetic and real, but if you let us know anything else you have in mind we are happy to help We are based at three seperate places around the Manchester area, hair is generally done at whichever is the most convenient to you. We alternatively are more than happy to visit you at home providing that travel fare is covered. Prices vary depending on what you want done and current length + condition of hair, see the blog for a general price list, feel free to message us if you have any questions. Dreadlocks We ask that customers please bear in mind that brand new dreads look very differant to mature dreads, We use no wax or methods that might make your dreads look good right now but might ruin there development in the long run.
........ Dread Box ........ Roving Wool   before rolling Hair extensions Good places to buy them is paul's hair world in manchester, but if ur gonna buy blonde make sure u dont buy there real hair strips coz the fake hair wont take ur hair dye and will come out with white bits :( 
 Ready made roving wool dreads  a full head takes between 40 and 60 dreads depending on thickness of hair and how thick the dreads are :)  thick dreads (in any colour)  Mini dreads (in any colour)  multi coloured dreads (in any colour) Short real dreads (shoulder length or shorter haszair) : £85 Medium length dreads (shoulder to just above elbow) : £130 ish Long dreads : negotiable 
 Dread maintenance short dreads : £35 Medium length : £45 Tip rounding : £10 Permanent Dread extensions cost around £40 for the hair (must be human) £120 to have it dreaded and attatched though this is negotiable, its costly but gives you pretty much instant long semi mature dreads Bleaching and Dyeing we reserve the right to refuse to bleach your hair if we believe that it couldnt withstand the damage. 
 Dreadlock/regular hair bleaching : £15 Dreadlock/regular hair dyeing : £10 Bleach and dye : £20 Temporary dreads Dreads are made to order if you are'nt interested in buying shop bought dreads. A full head full of synthetic hair is about 45 dreads or 40 of roving wool dreads. Length of time required to make custom dreads depends on the length you want. Installation : £25 Custom made double ended synthetic hair dreadlocks : 90p per dread Custom made double ended roving wool dreadlocks : £1.50 Wool Adding wool is a great way to add almost permanent colour to dreads. Wool wraps can be put over regular braided hair or over synthetic dreads, felted wool can only be put into real dreadlocks and is permanent, it takes quite along time to do, but it gives your dreads a permanent colour and softer texture. Wool wraps on short hair/dreads : £60 Wool wraps on medium hair/dreads : £80 Wool wraps on long dreads/hair : message us. 
 Felted wool is £1 a dread. Full headfulls are done but not recommended as it can be quite damaging to your hair. Hair Styling. Quite simply let us know what you want and theres a more than likely chance that we can do it! Head shave : £5 Cut and style: message us and we can discuss it |
