Paypal Invoicing Tutorial Made by grime-unit An easier way of keeping track of your transactions when using paypal! When somebody is buying something from you, an easier way to keep track of things is just to ask for their PAYPAL email. Log in to paypal, and click "Request Money"
Then once the page loads, click on "Create an Invoice".
Then, Leave the template alone (where it says "Select Template") & Hit Continue. It will bring you to a page with a bunch of things to fill out. The top looks like this: ![]() Fill in your address, and your phone number (just security reasons), and type in the email of the person who is buying from you where it says "Recipients Email". Scroll down to the next section. Fill in which currency you'd like your payment in, what type of invoice it is, (service or goods), and a note if you'd like (optional). Then fill out what the person is buying. (You DON'T need to fill out the "Transaction ID" this is more so for Ebay!) Example:
Make sure the total adds up right, and click continue! All done =) Now that it has been sent, the buyer is given the option to either click "pay" or "deny" & You're both all set! |
