Milli:

The brightest ray in my otherwise dark life...

This profile best viewed in FireFox (cause that's what I used to make it, that's a link that will open in a new window).

I go by the name Azthel (Az-A-thel),
offline and on. It's actually my middle name (no, I wasn't given it at birth),
if you really want to know the story behind it ask...
I probably wont tell you but that doesn't mean you can't ask.

"The truth is out there."
but we're in here...

You might need to go down to the music section to turn off the music player before you watch these.

Still photos don't really give you an idea of a person so I put this (very) short clip of myself up =)
One of my son and Moern (my girlfriend), you hear my voice in it (but I sound a little odd).
Two "Lament Configuration"s that I made (one with the Doom song from Invader Zim =), if you want one inbox me (I sell them).
Then a clip of me and a some other Hellsing cosplayers (I'm Alucard, the guy in the hat).

The other clips are just there cause they're ber =P
The opening theme to the anime TV series Hellsing cause I'm obsessed,
A music box version of the Lament Configuration.
The Apocalypse Ponys (from "Robot Chicken").
A couple of Ghost Rider (movie) clips with music.
A Vampire Hunter D AMV with White Zombie's "More Human Than Human".

Clips seem to disappear and reappear mysteriously...but I'm sure you can work out which is which.

I was born year of the Fire Dragon (Yang),
hour of the Serpent (hence the tattoo of a Dragon like Serpent).

"Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons for you are crunchy and taste good with french mustard!"

I like to tell people that the kanji on my left arm says:
'Got milk' it's hilarious when people believe me.
I plan to get most of my back and shoulders tattooed,
with my own designs, and have already made a good start.

I'm a Zen-nihilist, which means I believe in no-thing- bad Zen/nihilist pun intended...
but that doesn't mean I'm not serious about it.

I'm not as complicated as most people would like to think they are....

Which probably still makes me more complicated then you.
I'll let you take a look around my profile and decide for yourself.

My little brother's profile can be found HERE!
Go leave a rude comment, he'll love it!

Remember to tell him who sent you!

STRANGE FACT: I grew 2 sets of wisdom teeth.
Not sure if this makes me wiser or they cancel each other out.

Also means I have more teeth to bite YOU with!

I had to have one ripped out after managing to shatter it's crown...and a moler pulled after I shattered it (in half, down the middle- that was a killer but I lived with it like that for 4 years)...

I've been Studing martial arts since I was 11
(Yo-Lung, Iaido, medieval re-inactment [not sure that counts], Tai Chi Chuan, Aikido, - in that order)
I would say I've mastered none...

'to stop learning is to die'

I collect swords,

knives and other odd melee weapons...

Not a fan of firearms, always struck me as cheating...

Although I find gun-fu an intriguing idea...

I work in security, when I can be bothered to work at all,
that's right I shoot people for a living.

Just kidding, I usually just threaten too...

"Yes officer, he was threatening my client...so I saw it as necessary to put 16 bullets in him...it was all I had on me..."

That's a real quote too, some people have no sense...2 would have done the job in my opinion...possibly 1.

So anyone in need of protective services should drop me a line.

I am also a tattoo artist, I'm only semi-professional though, I don't charge that much...just mainly to cover my costs.

CURRENT MOON

Some interests:

-Anime
-Manga and many other types of comics
-Xbox gaming.
-Online forum RPGs.
-Old 'World of Darkness',
the New MET seems to be a big improvement over the old...
(even if I did prefer the cardless system).
Click
THIS if you don't know what I'm talking about.
-Medieval/Renaseince re-inactment
(any excuse to carry a sword is a good one)
-Motorbike riding (I'll get a licence eventually...)

"If light travels at 299,792,458 metres per second, how fast is the dark?"

"There will be vengeance!"-Ghost Rider

"Talk to Spooky!"

Humanity, among other things.
No I don't hate everyone, just people as a whole sheep like hive mind mass.

Life is not so bad...at least it ends eventually.

Come to the dark side, bring your own electricity...

Yes, force bolts will do.

I like too much metal to list...

Some of my musical efforts can be found by clicking the above pic.

Literature in all forms that I recommend.>

"1984" -George Orwell (they should make everyone read this in school)
"Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep" -Phillip K.Dick (much better then the movie "Blade Runner" although I liked that too)
"Fall of Cthulhu" -numerous authors (which is typical for a comic)
"Ghost Rider" -numerous authors (which is typical for a comic, I especially recommend some of series 2 from the 90s)
"Dune" -Frank Herbert (the first six books are brilliant the seventh not so much and I can't really comment on the newer books by his son)
"Chronicles of Amber" -Roger Zalazny
"Hellsing" -Kohta Hirano (manga, did anyone else not see Walter turning evil?)
"Fullmetal Alchemist" -Hiromu Arakawa (more manga)
"American Gods", "Neverwhere" -Neil Gaiman
"Good Omens" -Neil Gaiman & Terry Pratchett
"Something from the Nightside" -Simon R.Green
"Necronomicon The Best Tales of H.P.Lovecraft" -H.P.Lovecraft (like the title says, they reprinted it a while back so you can find it again)
"The Night Watch" -Sergei Lukyanenko (and sequels)
"The Dark Tower" series -Stephen King (excellent comics also)

And too many more to list but I'll probably add more later...

In no particular order:

- Blade Runner
(even though the book "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?" had very little in common with this movie both are good)
-Ghost Rider (mainly because I'm such a fan of the comics)

- The Crow (only liked the original, the sequels sucked)
- Equilibrium

- The Punisher
- Batman Begins (I also liked the older ones with Micheal Keaton in them)
- Dune (I loved the original six novels and I like both versions of this movie even if the director didn't!)
- The Lost Boys
- The Last Man On Earth (Vincent Price is one of my idols! and the book "I am Legend" was brilliant)
- Ran (one of the best samuria movies you will ever see, followed closerly by the next entry)
- Kagemushi
- Blade (the first one is my favourite, the second one was crap and the third one was ok...)
- Judge Dredd (it was so bad it was good)
- Highlander (the movie that started my fascination with swords, most of the sequels are crap though)
- Ninja Scroll

- Ghost in the Shell
- Akira

- The Matrix (they really should have stopped with the first one)

- Underworld and Evolution (yet more movies that were actually pretty bad but I liked them despite myself)
- Labyrinth (we named our son Jareth after all)
- The Hunger (David Bowie rocks)
- The Dark Crystal (it might be a kids movie but *shrugs*)
- From Hell (I have a strange love/hate for this movie...thanks to an EX...)
- Star Wars (the original trilogy, my first memory is seeing Episode IV at the drive-in when I was 2. When other kids wanted to be firemen I wanted to be Darth Vader!)

- Nightbreed (Which I finally found on DVD...)
- Hellraiser (1 through 8, the original book "The Hellbound Heart" by Clive Barker rocks and there's a sequel novel coming soon that will be titled "The Scarlet Gospels").

and too many others but thats a long enough list...

I don't 'know' anything,
but I have a few theories...
