fixed up the email notifications so it now shows the username of the person who sent you the comment and also shows the body of the comment.
works for inbox messages, comments, journal comments and picture comments.
note to get email notifications you must enable them and validate your email in the edit settings page
also got some new moderator features on the vf messageboard so should keep everything on the messageboard going a lot smoother and organized.

now you can edit / delete your cult affiliates and also re-order how they will appear in your cult. also did a few bug fixes including the bug where you click 'view all threads' in a cult subforum and it was showing all threads, not just the one in the subforum.
also added a vf icon for users who dont have any images uploaded to their profile.

cult affilliates, member stats and cult member recruitment

new cult updates:
Cult Affiliations: now you can affiliate cults with other cults. this goes by an approval process where you submit an affiliate application and the other cult must approve. once approved, the cults will link eachother under the 'affiliates' section of the cult.
Cult Member recruitment: now when you invite members to a cult, if they join the cult you will get credit for recruiting that member.
new stats on each cult show how many members you recruit and exactly which members you have recruited.
at the top of each cult there's a new link for 'control panel', where all the cult admin / moderator links have been moved to as they were starting to get cluttered with the new additions. this is also where you'll find the new links for submitting cult affiliate applications.
also a new 'cult stats' link which links to your cult user profile page and shows all your cult stats such as your latest posts, number of invites sent, members recruited etc.
