You can report an account from any user profile. Just because you click the button, doesn't mean it reports that individual. It would be faster if it did though.
You can report a user from any profile. You can click report user on MY profile and report Nico_37. Just because you click report user on my profile doesn't mean you're reporting me. Its whatever you enter afterward that matters. When you hit "Report User" it just takes you to this page: http://vampirefreaks.com/support/ You have to click "Open New Support Issue" and enter whatever you're making a report about. Been here for years. I think I'd know, having made plenty reports myself.
