I mean I don't like some bands but I don't go around giving people shit for liking a certain artist or band ...

but,Casey, when is the last time you have been to WGT?..I hv not been this year unfortunately, due to university comittments, but I hv been before and I have friends that have been performing this year once again. It is so big now they span the full range of music to suit all sort of tastes..and in my opinion it is a good thing. I don't know what your background is but to hold on desperately to labels or old music and old artists that are not here anymore it is a bit of a nostalgic exercise ( btw nothing wrong with old music some is so good that is timeless). you got to get off your comfort zone and see what there is out there and what artists are creating of new and give it a go that is the all point otherwise it becames stagnant...maybe you like it maybe you loathe but criticizing the all thing just because they don't wear the 'right' label it is not so 'alternative' after all..:P. Jet is a great guy,he works really hard and he is doing a good job with the all VF...and who helps him regardless if they have or not a badge saying ADMIN who cares? they offer their time and expertise trying to keep the all of this alive.. besides It is very easy to criticize others but is much harder to come up with the goods...
