Well it was nice to see that during my debauchery on vacation I did not complete fuck shit up!!! I've worked out 3 times this week so far and i did my weekly body test this morning. Results:
BMI - down 2 points so far
Weight Loss - total is down 7lbs
waist - Total is down 4.5 inches
those are the only things I am measuring right now but that is what matters to me the most.
I've been doing great at using the wii fit for yoga, light cardio and strength training. I added in an Aerobics DVD last week that kicks my ass and makes my face turn super pink but it uses the whole body and is awesome. Calorie counting is going well.
I have noticed that I am now hungry almost all day long. If i have a good breakfast and lunch with a snack then by the time dinner comes around I am still starving!!!! Does this means my metabolism has sped up? Anyone know?
either way I am pleased with the results. Hopefully I will be able to start working out regular visits the pool if my schedule permits it. If I can then I can also use some machines to step up my workout a bit.
