But! This tumultuous weather and these hard, un-treaded paths must happen... They will either make you or break you. I've been through hell, my ex who I have been with for 5 years sucked me dry and tossed me away... Set the bar of standards so very low... I must remind myself that my boyfriend is NOT my ex and I have to trust him...
I've also accepted my path as a Norse Shaman and since I've had the dismembering-re-membering visions and accepting who I am, the cruel hallucinations have somewhat subsided and I'm not AS sick as I usually am.
Enough on me, if anyone read this, I'd like to know how you all are doing? I do miss my friends on here and simply hope for the best for you all!
Hey chica it's been forever! Norse Shaman Silent Hill lover eh?? And on top of that, you know one of the coolest ladies in leather everrrr hope you're well.
You know all those gawdy stereotypes about sizes in Texas? Many live up to it, but I'm actually talking about hair. "Bigger the hair, closer to God" thing. lol
Did a Google search for "shader mod -minecraft," to see, out of curiosity, other games that have shader mods besides MC. A lot of the results I found were for Midtown Madness 2.
Ever feel likeknow for a fact that if you weren't the one to do the dishes/lawn/etc for a week... you'd have even more everyoneelse'sshit to clean up at the end of that week?
Been trying various utilities and drivers to try to get my GPU to not overheat when running Fallout: New Vegas. Throttling the CPU and setting both the CPU and GPU to battery-saver modes helps. (With about a 30% decrease in frame rate.) But, what I'd really like to do is let the CPU do its thing and slow down the shared memory frequency and maybe the GPU clock speed. Hopefully, with that I can strike a better balance between heat and performance.
In other words: Underclocking, where lower frame rates mean progress.
Short version: It lacks ANY sort of measurable immersion.
Long version: There are three key things RAGE has going against it, and why you can't play it for more than six minutes at a time without getting totally goddamn bored.
1. Fallout. Survival game, released by Bethesda, set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland. Borderlands fits this bill, too. But, as far as the admittedly narrow "Survival game, released by Bethesda, set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland" genre is concerned, RAGE is definitely the weakest title. And every single feature or option or bit of freedom and immersion the Fallout series has casts a pretty ugly fluorescent light on RAGE's shortcomings.
2. Completely linear story & level design, while holding some of the less interesting aspects of a free world game. Like, the ability to walk up to a guy your questline requires you to talk to, then drive through previously discovered areas (known in linear games as backtracking) to reach a checkpoint that will invariably have you taking a dirt trail over to the linear series of dirt trails that will be your next mission. Then you backtrackexplore back to the guy who issued you the quest and follow the next one he gives you.
3. Chest-high invisible walls everywhere. Just fuck you on that one. If you're going to give me a path five feet wide to trek through on a mission, don't show a rolling expanse an impassible two feet away. Fucksticks.
