Ever since I have deleted my facebook account everything has been at a very nice calm pace, no more unwanted and uninteresting posts about uneventful events. Yes, I have noticed a more relaxing atmosphere in life in general. Sure don't get me wrong, there are the everyday annoyances such as driving in a shit hole like Tex-ass but even that can't compare to the peace of not having to engage in uneventful conversation. It was like an addiction, an addiction that I see on a daily basis in class as most of the girls are always typing on there phone and 9 times out of 10 it is Face Book. I was talking into getting one back in high school, that was in the years when myspace was beginning to loose it's shine I suppose. Hmmm, interesting how we are trapped within mainstream media and those of us who have a VF account normally follow the motto of "Fuck the mainstream" Facebook, ladies and gentlemen is mainstream media entertainment & with in a few years time just like myspace... it will loose its appeal and drop into the past much like VHS's and it seems now, DVD's. Interesting isn't it, how mainstream can never decide on what is best for itself and has to follow like sheep to the next best thing. Good thing none of us r like that... hopefully.
I personally do not miss any of it, I would much rather b not pestered by anyone than pestered by everyone. As most people say, it's time to go underground. and there is no where that is more underground than this website, very few people know about it, christens r afraid of it andwe embrace it, after all... y conform to a norm when u ur self r abnormal/ strange/ odd.... as we know the list goes on even so far as FREAK!
In some way this site has helped me disappear and now that my most popular site in now off line I can proceed with the upgrades on this site.

I Did it folks! I finished my Entry for Round 1: Relationships. As Captain of the Caerphilly Catapults my Prompt was simply: Romance of a pairing of my choosing. I chose to cooperate with my Beater: Lucy who had to use the same pairing as me, however in the terms of Plutonic Friendship. We decided on Remus/Tonks!!!

More methods also include lifting weights on a daily bases as well as push ups & sit ups!
My own personal method is a combo of lifting 15 pounds on each are @ least 15 times some times more, then I go into push ups & sit ups!
Ingredients:
500 gr Strawberry
2 cups Sugar
2 cups Water
1 tsp Citric Acid
Instructions:
Place in a large sauce pan.
Simmer till sugar dissolved, stirring.
Simmer 6-12 minutes, not stirring.
Mash strawberries when soft.
Force mixture through strainer to remove seeds and excess flesh.
Pour into clean resealable bottle.
Lay on side to sterilize top.
Refrigerate.
Quantity:
Roughly 750mls.
Notes:
Mix 1 part cordial to 4 parts water.
Try using Soda Water for a Sparkling Drink.

I don't see why everyone is so addicted to Face Book, I mean u can't have music playing on ur page and well shit, its just such a waist of time. I canned mine because no one has ever had a meaningful conversation with me on that damn thing! And it feels really good to have more control over a page such as Vampire Freaks. Here is an underground social network, unlike sites where everyone else is on and every yuppie bitch is on line as well as half tha worlds populous!
I have decided to proceed in making this site my official page. Ya, don't get me wrong I liked the fans of my band and everything, I just have been going threw my own changes and I have decided to take a new path and with this new path that I am on I do not want to log on to some shitty site and read other peoples shit on some damn thing called "a Wall"
I know to many this action seems crazy and absurd but the way I see it, crazy is looking at ur phone all day and not watching the damn road! Good News!!!! The Competition is beginning!! The Competition is Beginning!!!! Find our lovely competition by clicking on the banner above. I am so excited to say that I am the Caerphilly Catapult's Team Captain.
I have not smoked one cig since last night. I refuse to let this thing take a hold of my life anymore. I don't want to waste money on something that isn't beneficial to my health. I am trying to stop. I have lasted a bit of last night into today without a smoke. I have desperately wanted one several times today, but I have told myself I didn't need it. So far I've gotten through today. I hope I can get through tomorrow...and the days that follow.
Other News:
Sophia went to the Vet for the first time today. She is a bit on the thin side and she needs to eat more. According, to the Doc. So I will be feeding Dexter and Sophia seperately once again to make sure Sophia gets her food. Dexter and Morticia will be seen by the Vet Doc tomorrow and I hope the Doc gives them a full bill of health.
Besides that. Tomorrow I'm going to Puppy Training School with Sophia because she needs to learn to not bark at everything. She is a nervous skittish dog, who doesn't trust much of anyone besides me at this point. Everyone, besides me...gets barked at and hid from.
Wish me luck and Keep me motivated.
